Services

The Hangry Neighbor provides shared postcard advertising, solo direct mail services, and print products for businesses in the Central New York area. All services are subject to availability.

Category Exclusivity

Each shared postcard is limited to one business per industry category. Category exclusivity is confirmed only after payment is received and the reservation is confirmed by The Hangry Neighbor. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee exclusivity.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required to confirm a reservation on a shared postcard mailing.
• Custom print and solo mail quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Design Approval

All advertising designs are provided to the client for review and approval before printing. Once you approve a design, The Hangry Neighbor is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Refund Policy

• Before print: Full refund if cancelled before the design is sent to print.
• After print or postage is paid: No refunds. Once materials are printed or postage is purchased, those costs cannot be recovered.

Delivery

Postcards are delivered via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). USPS controls delivery timing once mail is accepted. The Hangry Neighbor is not responsible for USPS delays or delivery issues. A USPS postage receipt is provided as proof of mailing.

No Guarantees

The Hangry Neighbor does not guarantee any specific return on investment, number of leads, calls, or sales resulting from advertising. Results vary by business, industry, offer, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

The Hangry Neighbor's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
